The ONE Group Announces STK Rebel Will Open in Andaz San Diego

The 4th STK Rebel to Open in 2016

NEW YORK-- The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. (“The ONE Group”) (Nasdaq:STKS) today announced a STK Rebel will open in Andaz San Diego, a lifestyle boutique hotel operated by Hyatt and owned by Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (“Xenia”) (NYSE:XHR). Located at 600 F Street in San Diego’s historic Gaslamp Quarter, the hotel is in the heart of the city’s entertainment and nightlife district.

STK Rebel, an extension of the primary STK brand, maintains the unique features and energy of STK, and offers a menu and price point targeted to a broader national and international market. At 4,200 square feet, the restaurant will include both indoor and outdoor seating along with two private dining areas. The San Diego STK Rebel will be the fourth venue joining previously announced locations in Denver, Miami and Austin.
