CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 6 - CONTINGENCIES: The Company has arrangements with certain parties whereby upon the closing of a business combination certain amounts will become payable. As of June 30, 2013 there have been no amounts billed to the Company under these arrangements, however such expenses may be incurred based on the progress relative to any potential business combination.
