Commitments and Contingencies |
Note 17 – Commitments and Contingencies The Company is party to claims in lawsuits incidental to its business, including lease disputes and employee-related matters. The Company is confident in its defenses and is vigorously defending these disputes. The Company has not recorded any liabilities for these unfounded claims, and the range of possible losses is zero to $2.2 million. In the opinion of management, the ultimate outcome of such matters, individually or in the aggregate, will not have a material adverse effect on the Company’s consolidated financial position or results of operations.
