On August, 6, 2015, The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that John Inserra had notified the Company of his decision to resign from his position as Chief Operating Officer of the Company to relocate to his hometown of Chicago. The effective date of Mr. Inserra’s resignation is today September 25, 2015. The Company is in the process of searching for a new Chief Operating Officer.
